Dianne Buswell never fails to turn up the heat with a fabulous update on social media and on Wednesday, it was no different when she showed off her incredibly chiselled abs.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the ballroom champion, 33, was a vision as she posed on a treadmill in a white crop top and black micro shorts for the sizzling mid-workout snap. She accessorised her sporty ensemble with a vibrant red headband which perfectly matched her iconic flame-red tresses.
Captioning the photo, she simply added a GIF which read the time, "07:16", and another which spelled the word "EFFORT" in a purple and orange font.
Dianne added a green sports bra and bright pink trainers to complete her gym-ready look.
The fabulous update followed a romantic outing she went on with her adoring boyfriend, Joe Sugg, 31, last Friday - and she looked sensational.
The star stepped out in a black-and-white patterned skort which perfectly showcased her toned legs. She matched the look with a pair of chunky Doc Martins and a chic powder blue coat.
Boyfriend Joe was also featured in the loved-up snap and twinned with the Strictly star as he also rocked chunky Doc Martins, and a chic coat but the YouTuber opted for a stylish black shade contrasting Dianne's pastel blue hue.
Friends and fans went wild in the comments. Fellow Strictly professional Vito Coppola replied, writing: "Sooooo stylish guysss." Meanwhile, Tess Daly and Nancy Xiu both commented with a string of love hearts in a red and purple shade.

Dianne and Joe have been dating since 2019 after meeting on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018. The loved-up duo went on to move out of London together and into their stunning Sussex abode but have recently put their lavish country home on the market.
