NCIS: Hawai'i's Vanessa Lachey's husband Nick shares pictures of family support for famous wife

Nick Lachey is known for being a doting husband and loving father.

Taking to Instagram this week, the TV host posted adorable pictures of himself with his sons Camden, ten, and Phoenix, six, and daughter Brooklyn, eight, out and about in Hawaii with the hashtag #daddyduty.  

His wife of 11 years, actress Vanessa Lachey, commented: “Holdin down the fort! Mama’s almost done!!!!”

Fans were quick to praise Nick for his parenting prowess with one commenting: “Can I sign up for daddy daycare? So jealy that looks amazing.”

“Best Daddy award goes to….” wrote another.

The post comes after it was announced that Vanessa's hit show NCIS: Hawai'i had been renewed for a third season.

Famed for her leading role as Jane Tennant on the hit CBS show, Vanessa joined the NCIS spin-off in 2021, and she's quickly become a fan favorite. 

Last week, it was announced that NCIS: Hawai'i along with the flagship NCIS had been renewed for further seasons. 

Fans had been nervous to find out whether both shows would continue, following the news that NCIS: Los Angeles had been cancelled

 Since joining the show, Vanessa has spoken about her family's big decision to move to Hawaii, and she's also praised Nick for his incredible support. 

Speaking to ETthe NCIS star said: "It was a talk that I had with my husband and I said, 'What do you think?' and...he's like, 'Hawaii, umm, it could be worse.' And he was like, 'This is awesome!' And I'll never forget him saying, 'This is your time and you've been there in the past for me.'"

“I’ve never felt more at home than I do in Hawaii,” she also told US Weekly. 

“Honestly, I constantly tell [Nick] how lucky I feel that we get to be here as a family. I feel like I’m meant to be an Air Force brat, like, traveling all around the world. I’ve never really felt like I was home until here,” she added.

Revered as one of Hollywood's best-loved power couples, Nick and Vanessa often dote on each other publicly, and in a seriously romantic moment, Nick even revealed whether he thought that they'd have fallen for one another in the infamous Love Is Blind pods. – click the video to see what he had to say...
