Ahead of taking time off from work for Easter, Holly Willoughby expressed her delight over being accompanied by her three children on Friday's episode of This Morning.

Sharing a sweet picture of her children Harry, Belle and Chester on the iconic sofa, the TV presenter gushed: "Favourite interview of the week… the kids popped into @thismorning as they have broken up from school, soooo lovely having them there."

On how much they have grown since their last visit on set, Holly added: "They have grown so much since the last time they were here… so that's me for two weeks…

"I'm off to be with them and see if I can break the record for the most chocolate eggs consumed in 24 hours… wish me luck!"

Holly, who shares Harry, 13, Belle, 11 and eight-year-old Chester with her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin husband Dan, doesn't often share glimpses into her children's lives, so this latest post was a welcome surprise!

One fan commented: "That smile just shows how incredible of a Mum you are… they're lucky kids. Hope you have the best time off." Another said: "I love this, have the best time."

A third post read: "Have the best time off you'll be missed but enjoy the time off with you're kiddies." A fourth person stated: "Precious! Enjoy your break & Easter eggs."

Earlier this month, the mum-of-three opened up about her teenage son, Harry. She revealed: "My eldest, Harry, he's volunteering at the moment because he's doing his Bronze Duke of Edinburgh, and it's the first time he's ever done anything like that - and I tell you what, he's got a real spring in his step.

"He goes off, he takes himself there, he goes and does his volunteering, then he comes back."

Holly added: "He's always got something to talk about, and I think as much as they get from his time which is helpful and useful, he is getting so much back himself and I can see it in him."
