Lainey Wilson has dominated the country music scene over the last 12 months, and she already has her sights set on other creative outlets to conquer.
While her success as a singer shows no signs of slowing down – she has been nominated for four awards at Sunday's CMT Music Awards – Lainey is also hoping to pursue other acting opportunities after catching the bug following her stint as Abby on season five of Yellowstone.
"I would love to [act more]. That's one of the next goals, honestly," the 'Things A Man Outta Know' singer exclusively told HELLO! "You know, this was my first acting gig. I absolutely want to just keep stepping outside of my comfort zone.
"Being able to be a musician on the show kind of gave me a little bit of that, you know, comfortable, like, 'Okay, I'm still in my element type thing'. I found a lot of similarities."

Speaking of her time on the hit show, Lainey admitted that even though she was out of her comfort zone, it was an opportunity she couldn't pass up.
"I'm brand new [to acting], you know," she said. "I will say I was pretty dang lucky to be able to be there around those folks who know exactly what they're doing. And they did help guide me and made me feel comfortable."
She added: "And I mean if this is an opportunity for me to share my music, you're dang right I'm gonna take it."
Lainey's acting debut and successful music career – her latest album, Bell Bottom Country is out now – have opened her eyes to even more potential opportunities. "At this point, [I] feel like daily, [my] vision is changing. [My] goals are changing. It seems like we got to dream a little bit bigger. And that's a really cool feeling," she told us.
One of those opportunities could also see Lainey venture into fashion, which isn't surprising considering her retro vibe and love of bell bottoms have become synonyms with her style.
"I don't want to say no to nothing, right now. I just want to be like, 'Yeah, let's see what happens," she said. "Of course, I mean, daily we get messages about when I'm gonna start my own bell bottom line. So, we're definitely going to do something with that.
"It's kind of hard to wrap your head around. It's like, at this point, it kind of feels like the opportunities are endless."
