Naga Munchetty is always on track when it comes to her fitness, but during the week she encountered a small issue when she wanted to go for her morning run.
Despite it being April, she found that the temperatures were still too cold to properly enjoy the exercise, but thankfully she came up with a solution. Instead of heading outside, the BBC Breakfast presenter instead headed to an indoor gym, where she partook in a weightlifting routine instead of her normal jog.
Naga updated fans following her session, sharing a photo from the warm indoors with the sun shining through the gym's windows.
"Too chilly outside this morning for me," she shared. Lucky to have access to a gym for a [weightlifter emoji]."

Taking to Instagram, the journalist shared a selfie showing her smiling while standing in front of several crew members.
