Mrs Hinch was overcome with emotion on Monday after addressing fans' concerns about her recent social media absence.
The queen of clean - whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe - took to her Instagram Stories and revealed her hiatus was due to a string of family health issues, you can the full details in the video below.
She explained: "My dad is in hospital at the moment guys. My dad has never been blessed shall we say with fantastic health - from his chest, his lungs, his heart," she said in a fresh video. "He's always struggled you know."
"Dad is in very very safe hands and nurses you are incredible. And I'm hoping dad will be home one day this week and can really enjoy doing what he loves doing again. I just want him to be happy."
She explained that her dad had helped build things for her stunning Essex home where he has his own workshop which, according to the star, is something he has always dreamed of.
Sadly, the star's unfortunate news didn't end there, as she also revealed that her nan has recently suffered a fall.
"My nan is also in hospital. Guys bless her heart she's had a fall," she started. "I know for a fact with my nan this affects her quite a lot mentally. The thought of having a fall. When you get older you worry more. Having loved ones in hospital is just not nice.
"It's just a worry, it's just something that you never want." On Monday, the influencer first shared she was taking a break. She wrote: "I'm sorry for not being on Instagram as often right this moment. It is only temporary, I promise.
"I do really miss being on here some days. I'm just going through a few personal life 'stumbles' right now and have been for the last three months. But all is ok and we're getting there. Have a beautiful weekend everyone."
Sophie also went on to discuss her three-year-old son Ronnie, who has previously suffered with his speech. She revealed that she and her husband Jamie, "have been going through a few different assessments, a few different processes".

She added: "As parents, we are going through... we're just navigating our way through things at the moment ourselves."
