Avril Lavigne is not letting the whirlwind reports surrounding her break-up with ex-fiancé Mod Sun and sightings soon after with Tyga get to her.
The singer took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday with a quick snapshot of herself soaking up some sun by the pool, presumably at her waterside $7.8million Malibu home.
© InstagramShe looked to be wearing a black bikini while resting on a beach towel and sported large black shield sunglasses while also displaying the tattoos on her arm.
Avril has frequently shared glimpses on social media of time spent simply lazing by the pool or strolling by the beach, clearly loving her Malibu landscape.

The post came not long after her ex-fiancé closed the last of his shows for the God Save the Teen Tour in Los Angeles on Sunday.
He opened up to the crowd about the break-up, acknowledging that it had been a difficult time while thanking his fans for having "saved my life."
Mod, real name Derek Smith, even performed the 2021 song Flames, his collaboration with Avril which brought the two together, although was spotted visibly emotional when her part of the track played.
He then made a big move, stating that the song from his album that had been a dedication to the Canadian songstress, Avril's Song, would be renamed to Los Angeles Song, saying afterwards according to People: "Probably not a good idea to name the song after the person you're with at the time."

The singer was joined by friends Blackbear and Machine Gun Kelly on his final night, with ex-girlfriend Tana Mongeau also spotted in the audience.
Soon after news of his sudden split from the 38-year-old singer broke in February, he took to social media with an emotional statement that read: "In 1 week my entire life completely changed…I just know there's a plan for it all.
