Following multiple reports Saturday night that Taylor Swift and her longtime partner Joe Alwyn had broken up after six years together, fans of the two were begging to believe it ain't so.

Swifties, who are known for their skilled expertise in hunting for Easter eggs throughout the Grammy-winning singer's songs, performances, marketing, and beyond – and have come up with countless theories about her life and work – are already trying to dispel the reports that their "mom and dad" have broken up.

While neither the singer, who is in the middle of her long-awaited Eras Stadium Tour, nor the actor, who is currently working on Yorgos Lanthimos' AND with Emma Stone, Hong Chau, Willem Dafoe, and more, have confirmed reports about their split, fans have already found some indication that they may be true after all.

Joe, for one, has not been seen at any of Taylor's latest sold-out concerts, and though the couple have always been notoriously private – and many hoped it was his filming schedule preventing him from attending – proof that they did in fact break-up is now, sadly, adding up.

Plus, it's not the only damning evidence stemming from the "All Too Well" hitmaker's stadium tour that has alluded to a drift between the two.

Since kickstarting her tour in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor has maintained her nearly three-hour long set list pretty intact, singing some of her best songs from all of her ten albums, only changing one surprise song each night during the acoustic portion of her concert.

However, another recent change, of course, did not go unnoticed by fans. While Taylor's initial set list featured her song "invisible string" from the album folklore – a song about hopeful love and lovers being meant to be – she is now instead singing "the 1" from the same album, a song about past love.

Some of the lyrics on "invisible string" go: "Isn't it just so pretty to think, all along there was some, invisible string, tying you to me?" Plus, the line, "One single thread of gold tied me to you," even led many to believe that the two were secretly engaged or married.

On the other hand, the lyrics of "the 1" painfully go: "But we were something, don't you think so? Roaring 20s, tossing pennies in the pool, and if my wishes came true, it would've been you," and: "But it would've been fun, if you would've been the one."

Nonetheless, for those holding out hope that the two are still together, fans have found comfort in knowing that Taylor has still performed many of her other songs believed to be about Joe during her tour, including "Lover," "Lavender Haze," "Delicate," and "Mastermind." Other songs believed to be about him are "London Boy," Gorgeous," "King of My Heart," "Sweet Nothing," and more.
