Joanna Gaines and her husband Chip are some of the most well-known fixer uppers in the United States, and have an impressive 18M social media followers between them.
What's more, new research conducted by real estate experts Agent Advice, revealed that the couple rank in the top two spots when it comes to the highest earning home improvement stars.
Joanna - in first place - could earn an estimated $45,329 per sponsored post on Instagram, thanks to her 13.7 million followers.
Chip, meanwhile, falls in second place in the findings, being able to earn $17,126 per Instagram post, reaching his 5.1 million followers.
The celebrity couple - best known for their Fixer Upper series, also earn money from their Magnolia Realty, Magnolia Network, Magnolia Homes and numerous retail and restaurant businesses in their native Texas.

Currently, they have an estimated net worth of $50 million. Other stars in the research included Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn, who could earn up to $13,854 when posting to her 4.1million followers, along with her co-stars Chrishell Stause - with a possible $12,083 profit when posting to her 3.6million followers, and Heather Rae Young, with $10,151 to be gained when engaging with her online fans.
Joanna and Chip often shares glimpses of their life on social media. The couple live in a gorgeous home in Texas with their children Ella, 16, Duke, 14, Emmie, 12, and Crew, four.

They are also parents to Drake, 18, who flew the nest last year to attend college.
Known for their relatability, the family often share personal stories about their family life too. In August, Joanna opened up her thoughts on Drake leaving home to go to college.
Chatting to People, she said: "When [Drake] was Crew's age, people would look at me and say, 'Oh, you better hold on tight. It goes by fast. Now, being a mother of a four-year-old and an almost 18-year-old, it's a constant reminder to not take these moments for granted."

In an essay in Magnolia Journal, the quarterly lifestyle magazine she publishes with her husband, Joanna further reflected on Drake's then upcoming departure. "Soon, our oldest son, Drake, will be leaving home for college," she wrote.
"In the grand scheme of heartbreaking things, this one comes with a lot of gratitude and excitement." "But still, my first child is moving away, and our family dynamic will change because of it, and that can feel like a loss of its own."
