Chrissy Teigen threw in her two cents on the growing debate surrounding an incident that occurred on a flight with Sydney Rae Bass, the sister of singer Jessie James Decker.
While traveling on a United Airlines flight with her two daughters, a flight attendant allegedly made the five-month pregnant Sydney pick up the popcorn that had been spilled by her younger daughter.
Her husband, Toronto Blue Jays player Anthony Bass, took to Twitter after the event, angrily writing: "The flight attendant @united just made my 22 week pregnant wife traveling with a five year old and two year old get on her hands and knees to pick up the popcorn mess by my youngest daughter. Are you kidding me?!?!"
A mom-of-three herself, Chrissy chimed in by retweeting Anthony's original response while writing: "Oh man this is exactly exactly the kind of tweet twitterers love. God speed, friend," while adding: "Also: wet paper towel."

The model and cookbook author, 37, responded to a fan's take on the drama by saying: "Comments unhinged from both sides. Lots of passion being displayed. 10/10"
Jessie took to her Instagram Stories soon after the incident took place, blasting United by saying: "My sister @sydneyraebass just texted me from her flight on @united.
"As you know, she is five months pregnant, high-risk, and also traveling alone with her two small children. Blaire accidentally spilled some popcorn in the aisle, and the flight attendant came up to Sydney with a trash bag and a wet wipe, telling her the captain wants Syd to clean up every drop.
"My poor sister is on her hands and knees, crying in the aisle, completely humiliated and exhausted, with her children while everyone else watched. Way to go, United."

The incident sparked a major debate on the platform, with many siding with Jessie and Sydney and asserting that it was the crew's job to not inconvenience someone heavily pregnant.
On the other hand, several rushed to the airline's defense, stating that as a parent, it was Sydney's responsibility to ensure that her children were well behaved in a shared space.
Anthony put the matter to rest by tweeting out: "Thank you everyone for the support. United Airlines is taking care of matters with the flight attendant internally."
