Dakota Johnson held a special screening for the upcoming streaming series SLIP in Los Angeles on Tuesday, and she had a special guest by her side for support.
Melanie Griffith, 65, was on-hand to cheer her daughter on at the event, joined also by close friend Olivia Wilde and the show's star Zoe Lister-Jones.
The Working Girl actress looked as chic as could be in an off-white overcoat over a black turtleneck sweater, while Dakota opted for an all-black ensemble, featuring a blouse with pants and a coat.
The comedy – which will premiere on The Roku Channel on April 21 – is executive produced by Dakota's production company, TeaTime Pictures.

Zoe is the series' primary star and writer, and she is joined by Whitmer Thomas, Charlene McNabb, and Schitt's Creek's Emily Hampshire.
Melanie showed her further support for the show by sharing the trailer on Instagram with the caption: "SLIP….Written by, directed by, and starring @zoelisterjones is extraordinary! Produced by @teatime.pictures which is my daughter's company! Congratulations Dakota, Ro and Zoe!! Absolutely stellar!"
The star was married twice to Don Johnson, between 1976 and 1979, and again between 1989 and 1996, with whom he shares Dakota.
While the mother-daughter pair are close, like every parent-child dynamic, there are a few gripes, one of which Dakota, 33, opened up about on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

The Fifty Shades of Grey star called out her famous mom for sharing throwbacks of her on social media. "I don't like it, but I also don't go on social media, so I don't find out about it until it's really baked into the Internet, and somebody will send it to me like, 'Oh, you were so ugly — or you were so cute, when you had braces and a slicked back ponytail'," she said.
"I become like a 12-year-old and I'm like, 'Mom, you can't do that. We've had this conversation so many times!' She doesn't care."
