Fern Britton shared some lovely news with her fans on Sunday, revealing why she had a reason to feel proud.
Sharing some photos of a series of beautiful flower arrangements to Twitter, the presenter and author wrote: "Village garden show… 4xSecond and 1xFirst [smiling emoji].
"A lovely shiny cup for First! Wrangled from the hands of a woman who has won it 4 years on the trot. She's furious! And worse, she's my friend [string of crying-laughing emojis]."
The star's fans were quick to respond, with one replying: "Congratulations Fern, beautiful flowers put together with love xx." A second agreed: "Congratulations Fern, what a brilliant feast of results, great to see such recognition for all you hard work."

Others teased the mum-of-four: "Congratulations Fern. Well she was your friend! Happy Sunday," and: "Congratulations and be careful. People have been bumped off in Midsomer Murders for less!!!"
© ShutterstockThe heartfelt post comes just days after Fern shared an inspiring fitness achievement. She has recently completed the Couch to 5K Challenge, and was keen to show off the incredible results that the challenge has had on her figure.
On Thursday, the former This Morning star took to her Instagram to share a photo of herself posing in her living room just days after completing the fitness challenge.

© GettyFern completed the health challenge earlier in the month and ahead of her final run, she explained: "Here we go. The final run of couch to 5k, here I go, I am a bit nervous I've got to get over the mental bridge, whoop whoop for me."

However, the 66-year-old also opened up about negative comments she had received from trolls that had left her feeling disheartened.
© Getty"Comments saying 'you look awful' stayed in my head for three days, but today I took about an hour to prepare my head, cup of tea, glass of water and had some protein," she shared.
"I just wanted to say to you all, thank you for being with me on my journey, well done to everyone who's ever done this, because it's a fantastic thing to do."
