Becky Adlington has opened up about her morning routine with her daughter Summer and like any other parent, she's admitted that it's not always plain sailing. The ex Olympic swimmer, who recently separated from her husband Harry Needs, gave fans an insight into her "chaotic" mornings.
"When you have a child your life is actually a bit chaotic," she said. "It's a case of waking up and sorting your child out. I need to change her nappy, then I need to feed her and I'm a mess!
"You literally get up and stay in your PJs with your hair all over the place!"

Becky was speaking as she took part in the Kellogg's Great Starts campaign, which champions the importance of a great start to the day to reach your full potential. The campaign saw Becky and other celebrities recreate scenes from Hollywood classics.
Channelling the lovable Bridget Jones, Becky, 27, was pictured trying to iron her backcombed hair in one shot, while another showed her crawling under her bed covers.

"It was really nice to do something a bit different and pretend to be Bridget Jones for a day," laughed Becky, a double Olympic gold medallist.
Members of the public are encouraged to share how they start the day with the hashtag #hashhashhashhashGreatStarts, which will enter them into an exclusive competition to win a pair of tickets to the Rio Olympic Games.

In March, Becky and her husband Harry shocked the celebrity world when they announced their separation. After just 18 months of marriage, the couple said that they had decided to split but continue to "remain close friends".
"We move forward with respect for one another and our focus and commitment is on parenting our gorgeous daughter Summer," they wrote.
Proof that Harry and Becky remain close came a few weeks after their split, when they both attended the wedding of Becky's sister Chloe. The amicable exes, who brought along their ten-month-old daughter, were in high spirits and shared photos from the happy event.
