Kate Beckinsale and her husband Len Wiseman are officially ending their marriage. Director Len filed for divorce from the actress on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. According to court documents, both he and Kate have waived any right to spousal support, indicating they might have a prenuptial agreement in place, according to TMZ.
Kate and director Len, both 43, first met back in 2003 while working on the first Underworld film, and went on to tie the knot on 9 May 2004 in Bel Air. The couple do not have any children together; Kate is a mum to 16-year-old daughter Lily from her relationship with actor Michael Sheen.

Last November, sources close to the pair revealed that they had been separated for several months. "They are still friendly and spend time together in LA when Kate is there," an insider told People, adding that "there has been no drama".
"It's just not Kate's style. They have both had complicated schedules and have grown apart."
Since then the couple have both been pictured out and about without their wedding rings, with Len reportedly now dating 25-year-old model CJ Franco.
The actress remains on good terms with ex Michael Sheen, and his girlfriend Sarah Silverman
Prior to her marriage, Kate dated 47-year-old Frost/Nixon star Michael from 1995 until 2003. The former couple famously maintain a very good relationship, and Kate is also close to Michael's girlfriend, comedienne Sarah Silverman.
"We're very lucky," Kate told the Telegraph in May. "I spent nearly 10 years of my life with Michael. I don't think I've got horrible taste and I really value the friendship that I have with him, and the fact that he is Lily's dad."
