After just three days, surges in energy, lowered sugar cravings and less bloating are reported, perfect for a supermodel with a jam-packed schedule of runway appearances. Along with other super healthy ingredients such as cucumber, kale and parsley, Rosie often adds the Japanese wholefood Chlorella to her juices. The superfood may be why the blonde beauty is glowing - it's a natural green algae which is linked to healthy nails, skin and hair. Rosie isn't the only A-lister enjoying smoothies.
