Wayne Sleep has missed out on a place in the Celebrity Masterchef grand final meaning that there are just three celebrities left in the kitchen.Ex-EastEnders actress Sophie Thompson, model Jodie Kidd and adventurer Charley Boorman will battle it out for the title of Celebrity Masterchef 2014.
In the episode to be aired on Friday night at 8.30pm, the three finalists will face the most demanding test of their culinary skills as they take on the award-winning kitchen of Italian chef Francesco Mazzei. Hosted at Francesco's swish restaurant called L'anima, tucked away on Snowden Street in east London, the trio will produce a meal for a quartet of Italian cookery experts.
The judging table will see none other than Italian head honchos Antonio Carluccio, Giorgio Locatelli, Theo Randall and Aldo Zilli. The pressure is rising for Sophie, Jodie and Charley, the only survivors from the original group of 20 celebrities, who will then face the show's presenters John Torode and Gregg Wallace, who will reveal this year’s champion.
