Pregnant Jessica Biel honours Elvis with delicious pancake brunch

January 9, 2015

Jessica Biel, who is currently expecting her first child with husband Justin Timberlake, showed off her domesticated side by making her other half a delicious breakfast in honour of what would have been Elvis Presley's 80th birthday. Justin, 33, shared a photograph of the mouthwatering brunch prepared by the stunning actress which featured pancakes made from peanut butter and bananas – two ingredients said to be the late rock and roll legend's favourite treats.

"In honor of the KING's Bday, Wifey made your boy some PB and Banana Pancakes(with a little Blueberry for The Prez... Lol)!!! #PancakesForever," Justin captioned the foodie snap. Elvis is known to have been a huge fan of fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches, a fact which must have inspired the gorgeous actress to whip up the feast in honour of his birthday. As an expecting mum, it’s only natural that Jessica, 32, rustle up healthy and delicious meals at home. And no doubt she’ll be experimenting with ideas – the star prepares to open a children's organic restaurant and bakery in the spring.

While the stunning brunette has kept mum on various pregnancy reports, Justin’s former N Sync bandmate Joey Fatone has confirmed that the couple are expecting their first baby together. "He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut. But now I can talk about it." Joey told In Touch. He went on to say that he thinks the couple, who tied the knot in 2012, will make great parents. "Jessica is awesome," Joey, 37, said. "And Justin is a kid at heart." Joey isn't the only friend of the couple to confirm the happy news. Back in October, Jessica's pal and InStyle editor, Ariel Foxman, posted and then deleted an Instagram message that read, "Congrats @jessicabiel on your impending motherhood… Looking forward to the red carpet maternity style pix to come #tbt."
