St George's Day is the perfect excuse to make a traditional English dessert – and luckily we're spoiled for choice. To celebrate the feast day of St George on 23 April, we've picked out our favourite sweet treats. Valentine Warner's summer pudding – a favourite of the Duchess of Cambridge – and famous baker Dan Lepard's caramel apple pie might win you over. Or, for those watching the calories, beauty expert Liz Earle's fat-free rose and berry sponge cake has all the taste of indulgence, without the guilt.
