Prince Carl Philip and Sofia Hellqvist's wedding menu will be prepared by the only Scandinavian chef who holds three Michelin stars, Mathias Dahlgren. The chef owns two restaurants in the Swedish capital, one which was the second restaurant ever in Sweden to be attributed two Michelin stars, Matsalen, and the other, Matbaren, with one star. Both restaurants are found under the same roof, of Stockholm's Grand Hôtel.
