Chrissy Teigen, Cravings

Chrissy Teigen released her first cookbook earlier this week, and surprisingly for a model it is packed with indulgent treats including French Toast Casserole, Chrissy's Mac & Cheese and Capon's Chrissy Burger served with Onion Rings.

Chrissy Teigen's cookbook Cravings was released in February

While it's unlikely feasting on all of these recipes will get us a model physique like Chrissy's, she insists this is more a guide to the food you want to eat.

"If you're expecting a model to write a cookbook full of diet recipes for you to perfect your bikini bod, I think you'll be a little surprised here," she writes in the introduction.

It may not be published until June, but judging by Fearne Cotton's Instagram feed, her debut cookbook is set to be a treat. The mum-of-two often shares pictures of mouth-watering healthy treats that she has been rustling up, including homemade Mexican eggs, spelt pancakes with cashew and coconut cream and sweet potato chocolate brownies.

"Most of the food you put in your body should have ingredients that make your skin glow, your hair shine, your body feel energised, your eyes bright and your kids and friends happy," Fearne says on the book's Amazon page.

Gwyneth Paltrow has cemented a reputation as a celebrity lifestyle inspiration thanks largely to her website Goop. In 2013 she demonstrated exactly how she maintains her natural glow and lean physique with the release of her cookbook, It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great.

Packed with 185 recipes that are all completely natural and free from dairy, eggs, sugar, wheat, meat and soy, Gwyneth shows that eating a restricted diet doesn't have to be boring and says that she follows the restorative diet when she wants to lose weight and feel more energised.

Lisa Faulkner, Tea & Cake

Lisa Faulkner has taken a new career path since winning Celebrity MasterChef in 2010. She has since hosted a number of cookery programmes and released three cookbooks, the most recent being Tea & Cake, a tome dedicated to her love of an indulgent tea break.

Now living with celebrity chef John Torode, Lisa has said of her new career: "I can't believe how lucky I am. I never thought this would be my life. I sort of stumbled into it, but it's wonderful."

Stanley Tucci, The Tucci Table

Starring in foodie films such as Big Night and Julie & Julia inspired Stanley Tucci to write a cookbook of his own – The Tucci Table. Working with his wife Felicity Blunt, Stanley developed recipes inspired by his Italian culinary heritage and Felicity's English cooking, including Pasta Al Forno, Shepherd's Pie and Sausage Rolls.
