Julie Montagu, aka The Flexi Foodie, shares her recipe for her delicious chocolate and coconut granola – packed with nutrients and yummy-tasting, it makes for a great healthy breakfast for the family.
"Two of my four kids are obsessed with chocolate granola and, frankly, so am I!" she explains. "Let's be honest, it's actually hard to find a good, healthy version of chocolate granola, and when I have found it, it's VERY expensive. This recipe was invented with not only chocolate in mind, but also cost and time. So from my kitchen to yours, this one is simple, tastes so good and you can store it too. Perfect."
