While most awards ceremonies see stars sitting in a theatre to watch the action, the Golden Globes offers Hollywood's biggest names an added bonus – a three-course sit down meal throughout the night! This year the 1,300 attendees at the glitzy bash in The Beverly Hilton will be served up a host of delicious, mouthwatering options from Chilean Sea Bass to decadent profiterole desserts.
Taking on the challenge of creating the perfect menu for Hollywood's elite is The Beverly Hilton's executive chef Alberico Nunziata, who will be heading up a team of 11 chefs and 120 culinary staff to get the meals ready on the night. "I am so honoured to be a part of this prestigious award show, and look forward to dazzling guests with our incredible menu," said Alberico. "No hotel executes award season quite like The Beverly Hilton, and I am thrilled to be leading our talented culinary team this year."
