In celebration of London's most iconic flower festival, Chelsea Flower Show, Bluebird have introduced the Blossom Afternoon Tea running from 23-28 May served in the courtyard and restaurant.

The tea features a floral feast including a bespoke Bluebird Maître Choux éclair. Sky Blue by michelin starred pastry chef, Joakim Prat, is inspired by childhood afternoons spent picking berries and eating creamy yogurts in grandmother's kitchen. Made with violet essence and mixed wild berry mousseline cream and a dash of yogurt, the Sky Blue éclair will be served alongside an array of elegant bites from Bluebird Executive Chef, Liam Smith-Laing. The éclair will also be sold in store at Maître Choux during the Chelsea Flower Show.

After several months in hibernation, the stunning Dalloway Terrace has reopened in full bloom with a blossom filled terrace and a delicious new Spring/Summer menu.

Lavishly adorned with two large blossom trees, the elegant and quintessentially English space encapsulates the spirit of the Spring/Summer season with an everlasting bloom; allowing guests to escape the busy streets of London and lose themselves amidst the tranquil surroundings of the blossom filled terrace.

This beautiful makeover is accompanied by a new seasonal menu from Head Chef Hans Louis. New starters include Seared hand dived scallops with cauliflower purée, pea shoots and parmesan (£14), Burford brown egg and hollandaise (£10) and Severn & Wye smoked salmon served with their signature Guinness bread (£11). An array of main dishes include Salcombe crab & crayfish ravioli with crayfish, cavolo nero and parmesan gremolata (£19), Herb crusted new season lamb rump with goats curd champ and spring pea purée (£24) and Arborio risotto with spring vegetables, edamame, wild garlic leaf and parmesan shavings (£18).

Hailed "the most romantic restaurant in the world", Clos Maggiore is a feast for the eyes. Tucked away off Covent Garden, the elegant restaurant is a favourite with the Duchess of Cambridge and her family Carole and Pippa Middleton.

A few lucky diners can sit in one of the six tables in the main glass conservatory, which is bedecked with white flowers, ivy and vine leaves. More tables can be found in an adjacent room.

Contemporary French cuisine is the order of the day, with the menu boasting dishes such as honey glazed duck breast and slow roasted shoulder of lamb. The desserts are equally stunning, with the signature dish being the Clos Maggiore caramelised valrhona chocolate sensation for two - how romantic!

The Ivy Chelsea Garden

The Ivy Chelsea Garden has once again immersed in an abundance of beautifully arranged flowers to celebrate the UK's most renowned flower show, RHS Chelsea Flower Show. A combination of three stunning focal trees, blossom, wisteria and foliage create a spectacular floral wall display that adorns the front of the restaurant in a sea of colour and blooms.

With sumptuous ingredients including Briottet Crème de Menthe Blanche, Grapefruit juice, elderflowel cordial and topped with prosecco, the 'Chelsea Summer Blush' is garnished with a rosebud, mint stroke and lavender stick.
