One of our kitchen staples has been given a high fashion makeover for spring – and it looks almost too good to eat! To celebrate its 25th birthday, British fashion brand Cath Kidston has joined forces with Heinz to give its tinned soup a new look for spring, and you're definitely going to want these on display in your kitchen.
The collaboration combines three of the most popular Heinz soups with some of Cath Kidston's most iconic prints, and marks the first time ever that the soup cans have been the subject of a design takeover. In fact, the cans have remained largely untouched for over 100 years.
Cath Kidston has given Heinz soups a special makeover
For a limited time, you'll be able to see Heinz Cream of Tomato soup reimagined with a colourful button spot design, while the Classic Vegetable Soup has been given a pretty Bramley Sprig motif. Last but not least, the Cream of Chicken soup has been reinvented with Cath Kidston's eye-catching Cowboy print.

Rather than nipping to your local supermarket to buy these soups, they'll be available exclusively at Cath Kidston stores in late April, and will be sold in a limited-edition collector's box. The box will feature all three of the special edition soups, plus a special edition 'Guards' print tin of Heinz Cream of Tomato soup. They'll launch in supermarkets nationwide a week later, available in both multipacks and single 400g tins.
The collaboration is available from the end of April
The collector's box, containing four tins, will cost significantly more than usual at £10. However, 100% of proceeds will be donated to The Trussell Trust, a network of foodbanks that provide emergency food and support to people in need. Andrew Mallinson, Head of Corporate Partnerships at The Trussell Trust, said: "We are hugely grateful to Cath Kidston and Heinz for their amazing support and generosity. Our foodbanks have seen soaring demand across the foodbank network and donations such as this play a vital role in supporting our work to help people in crisis." We can't wait to buy these!
