The line-up for Celebrity MasterChef 2018 has been revealed – and it looks even better than ever! Dad-to-be Spencer Matthews will be showing off his cooking prowess, along with Frankie Bridge, Gemma Collins and Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ Pritchard. The celebrities will compete over six weeks and twelve programmes in order to win the praise of judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace, and a bid to be championed Celebrity MasterChef Champion 2018.
Joining the line-up is Keith Allen, Lisa Maxwell and John Partridge, as well as Dolly Parton's sister Stella and Union J singer Josh Cuthbert. BBC Commissioning Editor, Carla-Maria Lawson, said: "Celebrity MasterChef is a real treat in BBC One’s summer schedule. This series features a wonderfully diverse line up of celebrities donning the iconic aprons. They're out of their comfort zones but determined to make their mark in the MasterChef kitchen. Spencer Matthews:
The Made in Chelsea star and soon-to-be father will be hoping to impress with his culinary skills. Spencer said on Twitter that he "absolutely loved" filming the show after the news was announced on Wednesday.

Frankie Bridge:
Frankie has admitted she is stepping out of her comfort zone in order to compete on Celebrity MasterChef. The Saturdays singer said: "Well… in the name of trying new things and pushing myself out of my comfort zone… I'm on @masterchefuk on @bbcone in the summer."

Gemma Collins:
TOWIE star Gemma Collins will be bringing a sense of fun to the MasterChef kitchen. Sharing the news with her fans on Instagram, Gemma said: "I am so excited to announce I will be appearing on MASTERCHEF. It was interesting to say the least and a few burnt fingers haha."

AJ Pritchard:
The Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer will be trading the ballroom for the kitchen, and we can't wait to see how he does. AJ will know at least one of his fellow competitors – Frankie Bridge, as he competed with her bandmate Mollie King on the BBC dancing show in 2017.

Keith Allen:
The actor, who is best known for his roles in Trainspotting and Marcella, is among the 20 Celebrity MasterChef contestants. We're sure his children Alfie and Lily Allen will be watching and giving him their support. Lily shared the news on Twitter, simply writing: "DAD."

She may have not fared too well on Strictly, but Holby City star Chizzy Akudolu will be hoping for better success in the MasterChef kitchen. "Can't wait for you all to see my egg, chips and beans," Chizzy joked of her culinary skills on Twitter.

John Partridge:
EastEnders actor John Partridge will be reunited with his former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Gemma Collins in the Celebrity MasterChef kitchen. While the pair didn't always see eye-to-eye at the time, John hinted that they have since made up, tweeting: "That was then… this is now," when a fan commented on their reunion.
