Going vegan can be quite a daunting experience as it often comes with a health and lifestyle overhaul, however nowadays it's become an increasingly popular diet – and a host of stars have made the change.

The JACKIE actress reportedly gave up her veganism during her first pregnancy after she kept craving baked foods with butter and eggs, but it seems that she has since reverted back to a diet free of animal products. "I'm vegan, and I drink a lot of water," she explained to InStyle, revealing the secret to her radiant complexion. "If I have dairy, I immediately break out."

Liam Hemsworth

A recent convert to a vegan diet, the Hunger Games actor has admitted that he has found "no negatives" to the big lifestyle change. "I feel nothing but positive, mentally and physically," he told Men's Fitness. "I love it. I feel like it also has a kind of a domino effect on the rest of my life."

Hilaria Baldwin

The mother-of-three has opened up about the importance of enjoying food and not being too hard on yourself if you stray from your diet. Posting a photo of her daughter on Instagram tucking into a cupcake, Hilaria explained in the accompanying caption that "being healthy is not stressing out about perfection", adding that if you follow a healthy lifestyle you'll have a "strong, healthy body system" adding "so every once in a while it's ok to step away from the norm."

The Jenny from the Block singer credited a vegan diet for her weight loss after giving birth to her twins, but the star previously revealed that she also felt her energy levels soar. "It was a real change, but more than that I felt better and people were like 'Your energy's better'," she told Extra

Nick Knowles

The TV presenter has been following a vegan diet for a while now, and in 2017 released his own vegetarian and vegan cookbook Proper Healthy Food. Replying to fans on Twitter ahead of the book's publication, he explained to one fan that the trick to staying motivated to follow the diet is "to make tasty food", adding in a separate tweet that "it's such a healthy way to eat too".

Previously a vegetarian, Channing Tatum's wife made the jump to veganism a couple of years ago, and revealed that by following the diet she began noticing a significant difference to her overall health. "After going vegan, I felt so much better," she told Natural Health. "My skin cleared up, I had a ton more energy and I just felt clearer in the head."

The Break Free hitmaker has revealed that she has a handy trick for when she hits restaurants where vegan options aren't always on the menu. "It is tricky dining out, but I just stick to what I know – veggies, fruit and salad - then when I get home I'll have something else," she told The Mirror
