Kate Moss, the richest model in Britain, is reportedly engaged to be married. Her boyfriend of eight months, magazine editor Jefferson Hack, apparently proposed to the original waif just before they jetted off on their holidays last week, and she said “yes”. And perhaps it won’t be long before the couple hear the patter of tiny feet.
The beautiful 27-year-old has made no secret of her broodiness in the past, saying that she can’t wait to start a family. But now it looks like it is all systems go for the party girl, who has been snapped cooing over the offspring of her friends Meg Mathews and Sadie Frost. According to friends, Kate may well have fertility treatments should she not conceive in the next six months.
“They can’t keep their hands off each other,” one friend is reported to have said of the happy couple. “Kate is happier than I have seen her for years. She is utterly thrilled that Jefferson has asked her to marry him.”
