When Victoria's Secret supermodel Heidi Klum announced her separation from her hairstylist husband Ric Pipino weeks ago, no-one thought the statuesque German would find herself short of suitors. But it looks like Heidi has bounced back from the end of her five-year marriage even sooner than expected, sparking up a new friendship with Red Hot Chili Peppers front man Anthony Kiedis.
People magazine reports that just four days after she announced a "mutual and amicable" split with her husband, Heidi appeared in Australia, making the rounds from Sydney to Brisbane with hunky rock star Anthony. The two "kissed and cuddled like they wanted everyone to know they were an item," an onlooker is quoted as saying.
Heidi and Anthony were also spotted sharing a ride on a Harley, canoodling in a café and climbing the Harbour Bridge together during their visit Down Under. However, only time will tell if the muscle-bound musician and the 29-year-old cover girl have found true romance. A friend of the model's tells the magazine: "She's taking it slow with Anthony and just getting to know him."
Representatives for estranged husband Ric declined to comment, but his publicist said the former couple has no plans to divorce.
