Some of fashion's most famous faces turned out to pay tribute to cinema legend Audrey Hepburn on Monday, mingling with fellow bidders at a charity dinner and auction benefiting one of the late actress' many causes.
Sotheby's auction house in New York hosted the event, entitled Audrey Hepburn: The Beauty Of Compassion. A selection of nine lots – treasures chosen from the star's estate by her son Sean Ferrer - went under the hammer to aid her Children's Fund.
Among the top items of the evening were a hand-embroidered Givenchy ball gown worn by the actress in 1957's Funny Face, which sold for £11,000, as well as a crocodile Hermès handbag with matching gloves once owned by the Breakfast At Tiffany's star. The stylish set garnered a whopping £23,000.
Arguably as dazzling as the vintage items on display were the gorgeous guests who gathered to honour her. Lord Of The Rings star Liv Tyler paid tribute to the legendary actress, emulating Audrey's little black dress look with her own giant bow-bedecked LBD by the doe-eyed brunette's favourite designer, Givenchy. Meanwhile, perennial beauty Isabella Rossellini and stunning supermodel Iman were also on hand to lend their support.
The event raised more than £113,000, all of which will go toward educational programmes funded by the Audrey Hepburn Children's fund.
