As sweltering weather hits the World Cup's football teams in Germany, Brazil's two top models have been raising temperatures in Rio de Janeiro. Brazilian bombshells Gisele Bundchen and Raica Oliveira were the star attraction at Rio Fashion Week where they proved just why they're the hottest names on the catwalk.
Gisele, who was discovered at the age of 14 in a Brazilian shopping mall, modelled creations by the country's top fashion franchise, Colcci, for their spring/summer 2007 collection. Looking beautifully bronzed, the 25-year-old made a colourful appearance in a knee-length patchwork-patterned number and added a few inches to her already considerable height with some platform sandals.
Meanwhile Raica showed off her enviable figure in a bright yellow mini-dress and leopard-print cap. The gorgeous girlfriend of Brazilian footballer Ronaldo had flown to her hometown from Germany, where she was visiting the superstar striker to wish him luck ahead of Tuesday's game against Croatia.
Like Gisele, the 22-year-old also models for Victoria's Secret and has won lucrative contracts with Christian Dior and Loewe. Her career took off when she won her country's heat in the 1999 Elite 'Model Look' competition and came second in the world finals.
