'The Body' is a fashion industry moniker shared by supermodel Elle Macpherson and catwalk star Heidi Klum. It is the stunning German who has lent the title to Victoria's Secret's latest bra, however.
Attending the New York launch of The Body design on Wednesday, the pregnant 33-year-old was glam as ever, showing off her tanned pins in a black mini dress. Now half-way through her pregnancy, Heidi, who is married to Brit singer Seal, was already expecting when she shot a series of sexy ads for the new bra. "I had a chair to work with that I could hide behind a little bit," she explains.
And she is clearly delighted by the decision to name the design after her. "It's a big honour having a bra named after my nickname." Dubbed 'The Body' after she started working with Victoria's Secret seven years ago, the model has confessed that she was previously known as 'Muffin' - because of her passion for the sweet treat. "I love them because in Germany we have no muffins," she told a TV show.
While most mums-to-be would be looking to wind down at this point, Heidi is still very much on the go. In addition fronting the new lingerie campaign, the mum-of-two is also the host and executive producer of hit US reality show Project Runway, which has received an Emmy nod.
