She first hit the catwalks while still a schoolgirl, but there's no denying that British fashion sensation Lily Cole is now all grown up. The Torquay-born 18-year-old, who has a place to study at Cambridge University, showed off a more mature look as she modelled for Danish design label Noir at London Fashion Week.

Flame-haired Lily exuded grown-up glamour as she hit the runway in a stunning slashed-to-the-navel dress in shimmering gold by the eco-ethical fashion label. "She is so gorgeous and she has done so well at school as well, she is a real inspiration," said her spokeswoman.

The show's theme echoed 1930s Berlin and the musical Cabaret, mixing androgynous leather with frills, ruffles, diamante and pearls. Fellow British supermodel Erin O'Connor also helped raise the profile of the Scandinavian label, proving the perfect mannequin for a long flowing dress with outsized ruffles on one shoulder.

Lily turned heads at the Noir catwalk show where she exuded glamour in a low-cut gold gown.

Fellow Brit beauty Erin was also modelling the Danish eco-ethical label's elegant designs, which harked back to 1930s Berlin.
