The body from Brazil, Gisele Bundchen, proved she was game for a laugh this week as she attempted to kick a football in a mini-dress and pair of gold stilettos. She could have been forgiven for passing up the opportunity, however, considering she was in the presence of French footballing hero Thierry Henry who couldn't resist a smile as he watched the leggy model in action.
The pair were joining forces at an event in London's Covent Garden where Swiss watch brand Ebel was announced as the official timing sponsor of Arsenal, the football team for which handsome Thierry plays.
Earlier in the day Gisele, who became ambassador for Ebel in December 2005, stopped by Regent Street where she joined fellow model Lily Cole at the opening of Mappin & Webb's flagship store. The jewellery and silverware firm has also used the stunning catwalk beauty to grace their advertising campaigns.
It is those deals, along with many others, which have helped propel Gisele into the position of the world's highest paid supermodel. Last year the 26-year-old earned an impressive £16.5 million, thanks to lucrative contracts with the likes of Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli.
