The advert for jeans brand Jordache is the German cover-girl's most high-profile campaign since giving birth to her third child Johan in November last year.
Heidi puts her enviable figure down to keeping active, running after her brood, which also includes Helene, three, and one-year-old Henry. "We work in the garden. We jump on the trampoline… We climb in the tree house," revealed the Teutonic beauty, who added that she'd recently started playing tennis with her musician husband Seal.
The results of those games don't go unappreciated by her adoring other half, who's prone to checking out her shapely derriere - a favour she like to return. "I like him in jeans. I like him in anything. I like him without anything," is how Heidi sums up her thoughts on the charms of the British pop star.
