Two of the London social scene's bright young things have been making moves into the fashion world. Girl about town Peaches Geldof has modelled for a cool Australian label, while her pal Princess Beatrice is drawing up plans for her own clothing range.
In her first shoot for Dotti, Bob Geldof's daughter is featured with platinum blonde hair and a red pout. And if her vixenish attitude and look in the spread are uncannily familiar, that's because the 18-year-old bears a striking resemblance to her late mother Paula Yates.
And like her media personality mum, Peaches has already made a name for herself with a newspaper column and DJing assigments. The trendy Londoner - whose appearance at a party lends the event instant sparkle - was picked for her "British cool and charisma" said the brand's manager, who also highlightes Peaches "ecletic style".
That's a quality her friend Beatrice is not short on, either. With her sister Eugenie, the flame-haired aristocrat is always a stylish presence on royal occasions, and she'll be capitalising on that fashion know-how to launch her own fashion line called Bobcat.
And those in her inner circle see a great future for the venture with Bea at the helm. "She's always up to speed with the latest trends and has a knack of knowing how to accessorise her clothes," says one pal.
