Naomi Campbell, Elle Macpherson, Jodie Kidd and Yasmin LeBon have joined forces to front a fashion show to raise money for UK flood victims.
The catwalk queens are lending their talents to Fashion For Relief, a celebrity-packed extravaganza which will close London Fashion Week.Joining Naomi and her pals on the catwalk at the September 20 event will be hunky American model Tyson Beckford, England footballer Rio Ferdinand, Ronnie Wood's daughter Leah and Sin City actress Rosario Dawson. The celebrity models will be showcasing designs by the likes of Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana and Vivienne Westwood.
Naomi is also counting on the design talent of close pal Kate Moss.
"I wasn't in the UK at the time of the floods, but the images I saw in the media made a lasting impression on me," explained Naomi, who, like her fellow fashionistas was wearing a limited edition Union flag t-shirt designed specially for the project by Burberry's Christopher Bailey.
"My principle is that charity begins at home. This fits right into that category, because home for me is the fashion industry and I live in London."
September is set to be a busy month for the 37-year-old runway star who's signed up to appear in the Italian version of Strictly Come Dancing. The leggy supermodel will be brushing up on her dance skills with a week of intensive training before the show is launched later this month.
The benefit will be Naomi's second Fashion for Relief event, after she organised one in 2005 to benefit the US victims of Hurricane Katrina.
