Supermodel Cindy Crawford makes design debut with C&A

August 22, 2012

She has built a hugely successful career on modelling other people’s clothes. But now it is Cindy Crawford’s turn to don some self-designed garments as she creates a collection for high street retailer C&A. The supermodel looks stunning in the black and white campaign photos that have been released.

She strikes several poses wearing the ‘Cindy Crawford Collection @ C&A’, which consists of knits, shirts, tees and jeans. "My goal is to help design comfortable fashion for everyday wear," says Cindy. "I have always dreamed of having my own fashion line and am thrilled to be partnering with C&A. "It is important to me to be affiliated with a company that offers feel-good fashion with unparalleled customer offering."

Prices vary from £9.50 for a top to £117 for leather jackets. C&A withdrew from the British market in 2000 but has over 1,500 stores around Europe.
