Female pop sensations The Saturdays turned high-profile fashionistas by gracing the front row at New York Fashion Week.Rochelle Humes, Frankie Sandford, Una Healy, Mollie King and Vanessa White, who are in the US filming their new reality show about their bid to make it big in America, cemented themselves amongst stateside's most stylish as they took their seats.The British singers admired the catwalk during the Milly by Michelle Smith spring/summer 2013 show on Wednesday, each wearing an outfit from the label.
Newlywed Rochelle and mum-of-one Una both wore similar outfits that were a mix of hot pink, black and cream, whilst Vanessa, 22, looked striking in a figure-hugging red number.Twenty-five-year-old Mollie, who sported a leopard-print mini skirt with a black lace top and pointed tan-coloured heels, tweeted her excitement about being invited.Meanwhile Frankie received a personal message of thanks from designer Michelle, who tweeted a photo of the 23-year-old with the comment: "Thanks for coming my show, Frankie! Xo MS."
Michelle has been creating youthful and luxurious clothes for her label Milly, since 2001. The established designer, who trained in both Paris and New York, has a strong celebrity fan base including Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyonce, Victoria Beckham and now The Saturdays.The glamourous girls' appearance at the prestigious fashion event, also attended by Olympic swimmers Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer, comes during their month-long trip to both New York and LA.
