She gave a masterclass in warm weather dressing during her recent tour of South East Asia. But since returning to autumnal Britain, the Duchess of Cambridge has had to make a quick switch to her winter wardrobe. Stepping out for several official engagements, Kate has given us some cold weather fashion inspiration with a series of elegant ensembles.
She wrapped up warm in a burgundy wool skirt suit by French brand Paule Ka to attend the Middle Temple Treasury in London. And the raven-haired beauty had even swapped her trusty nude LK Bennett pumps and nude tights for their black counterparts. The 30-year-old went on to visit the Football Association’s National Football Centre with Prince William sporting a long khaki green coat by Reiss. She was spot on trend with the military number that cost £325, despite it being from the high street store's last season stock.
After carrying out appearances on her own as William bid farewell to his beloved nanny Olga Powell, the pair were reunited for a night out. They hit the town looking chic and understated, with Kate showing off a simple black coat with a ruffle trim.
A final appearance saw Kate recycling a long, berry-coloured coat by an independent dressmaker that she first wore on Christmas Day at Sandringham. She cinched the sophisticated creation in with an Alexander McQueen suede belt. What do you think of Kate's winter wardrobe so far? Leave your comments in the box below.
