As London Collections: Men drew to a close this week, all eyes were on the trendsetting males, Russell Brand, Noel Gallagher and Jack Guinness, as they turned up to a fundraising evening for Diversity in Care. Noel sported a light blue blazer and his signature hairstyle as he entered the chic Mayfair gallery, while Jack went for a classic suit and Russell wore his trademark skinny jeans, teamed with white blazer and Cuban heels.
They were supporting Diversity in Care's campaign ‘UNSPOKEN’. The evening hosted by Lisa Moorish saw fellow celebrity pals and London socialites; Josephine De La Baume, Sarah McDonald, Jack Guinness, Gizzie Erskine, Patsy Palmer, Reg Traviss and Sean Pertwee, join trustee Lisa M in raising funds for the campaign that aims to raise awareness for women with addictions. Guests were welcomed by an array of original art at Opera Gallery London, that had been donated for the evenings art auction. Artwork on show included pieces from original photographer RANKIN, surrealist Nancy Fouts, street artist Richie Culver, painter Natasha Law, contemporary artist Oliver Clegg and a special piece from MUTHER founders, Lorraine Goddard and Zoe Grace.
Gizzie Erskine looked beautiful wearing a vintage blue sailor dress paired with a leopard print coat and belt, she joked with us when complimented on her outfit, ‘would you like it, you can have it!’ telling us that she was “sick of wearing the same thing all of the time”. Gizzie couldn’t contain her excitement as she saw a piece featuring her friend Kelly Brook and told us how the pair had discussed the Paul Solomons and Simon Emmett artwork entitled, ‘Kelly Nude’ when they were on a previous trip in LA. Jack Guinness arrived just in time for the auction making a b-line for Lisa Moorish, showing his full support! The art auction which was hosted by Sotheby’s Director auctioneer Scott Roworth and raised a phenomenal amount for the UNSPOKEN campaign, designed to break the silence on female addiction. Josephine De La Baume arrived fashionably late looking stunning in an all vintage ensemble and was luckily enough to scoop the voucher for a Surrey jewellery brand in the raffle, although Josephine did admit ‘ I’m not quite sure where Surrey is’ Russell Brand a supporter of the charity took time out of his busy schedule to pose with the Diversity in Care team before heading to a gig in Soho. The evening ended on a high with everyone coming together to support Diversity in Care’s Campaign Unspoken and enjoying the contemporary and striking art work in Opera Gallery London.
