Sienna Miller and her actor fiancé Tom Sturridge have made their debut as a couple for Burberry, as they starred in the British clothing label's autumn/winter 2013-14 campaign. Sienna and Tom were photographed sharing a kiss, marking the first time they have been professionally shot together as a couple.
"This was a shoot full of love and laughter," said Christopher Bailey, Burberry's chief creative officer. "It was such a treat to work with Sienna and Tom, and to capture their magic together." The photographs, taken by legend Mario Testino, show the loved-up couple's playful and romantic mood, as they pose canoodling and embracing each other. Sienna, known for her fashionable appearance, looks classic and elegant as she wears a heart-printed silk and linen top, leather skirt and beige trench coat. Tom looks just as dapper, donning a dark suit and top coat.
Speculation that the couple were to act as the new faces of Burberry started in April when Sienna and Tom attended the launch of Tom's new Broadway play, Orphans, in New York, decked out head-to-toe in Burberry's latest collection. Sienna wore the classic beige belted trench coat she was photographed in for the campaign, and carried 'The Little Crush', Burberry's heart-printed clutch bag. Tom meanwhile selected a grey suit and velvet burgundy tie by the British brand.
Sienna's rumoured return to fashion comes just weeks after she admitted that her previous life as a style icon had taken a back seat after giving birth to her daughter Marlowe last year. "I don't know what the new fashion trends are," she previously said. "With my daughter, Marlowe, I don't have time to follow this anymore."
