It was recently announced that Princess Beatrice will be the royal patron of the 2013 Fashion for the Brave event.The young royal will joins the likes of Abbey Clancy and Russian-born model Katia Elizarova, who appears in TV show Meet The Russians, at the star-studded affair on Friday 8 November, which is held to raise funds for the injured soldiers of the Household Calvary and Soldiering On.
Fashion designer Julien MacDonald, who recently appeared in Strictly Come Dancing, has designed a dress especially for the event, which will be modelled by friend Abbey, along with red lace gloves designed by Sheeva Moshiri.The show is being created by fashion legend Hilary Alexander OBE. "Fashion for the Brave is the absolute apogee of British fashion all in one place, at one time, one dazzling evening in aid of the Household Cavalry and Soldiering On – the 2013 show is going to be sensational!" she said.
