Models-of-the-moment Cara Delevingne and Joan Smalls brought Stella McCartney's runway to life by dancing through the final walk at her Paris Fashion Week presentation. To the sounds of Keep on Moving by Soul II Soul, the ladies headed up the model dance party that closed the show.

Watching from the front row was Cara's BFF Rihanna, who sported a demure look in a green and black oversized cocoon coat, satin pencil skirt and green boot heels. She topped off the look with red cat eye sunglasses. She was joined by Stella's husband Alasdhair Willis, who was cheering on his fashion designer wife.

The collection was typically masculine and oversized, with sweaters accessorised with cross-body bags and ski pants paired with double-breasted overcoats and luxe parkas.

Ropes and zippers were used to create swirling patterns. The looks were all teamed with flatform brogues. Speaking to reporters backstage, Stella said that the collection was about "ease and elegance. We wanted that boyish, sporty, masculine moment – something that I guess the shoes were good for. "She added, "I wanted to provide pieces to wear and love and take ownership of. It was this idea of taking care of our woman and giving her everything she needs. "Stella greeted her A-list pals Rihanna and Cara backstage. Cara took to Twitter to share a selfie of the pair together, writing, "What an amazing show @stellamccartney thank you so much. "Rihanna and Cara were also spotted posing for photos together.
