It's official – Kendall Jenner is fashion's newest darling. The reality TV star walked in the Chanel show – one of, if not the, most prestigious shows in the fashion week carousel. The master of fashion show set designs, Karl Lagerfeld once again wowed the fash pack by creating a supermarket backdrop at the Paris Fashion Week presentation.
The fashion maestro, whose previous show backdrops including an iceberg and an underwater kingdom, transformed the French capital's Grand Palais into the world's chicest grocery store.
Fully stocked with Chanel-branded food – notable items included haute Ketchup, eau de Chanel and Jambon Cambon, named after the location of Chanel's original store – Karl's army of models picked up groceries as they made their way around the supermarket.
Kendall took to Instagram to post a picture of Chanel's spaghettini, captioning the snap: "Lifetime supply please? #Chanel."
The finale belonged to Cara Delevingne, who walked out holding hands with Karl Lagerfeld. Cara had some A-list support from the front row. Her girlfriend Michelle Rodriguez was there to cheer her on, as was best friend Rihanna, wearing a pink boucle Chanel dress and matching trainers. Cara, Rihanna and Joan Smalls were spotted larking around with the Chanel trolleys after the presentation. Chanel girl Keira Knightley had also turned out for the presentation, showing off her tiny waist in a trompe l'oeil dress in Chanel's signature monochrome.
