One of the dresses worn by the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, for the royal tour of Australia and New Zealand has gone on sale, and is selling out fast. Duchess Kate was spotted looking lovely in a white crochet linen dress for an engagement during the Australian leg of her trip with Prince William and Prince George.

Fans wishing to purchase the Duchess of Cambridge’s outfit should take note of ‘The Kate Effect’, which saw a Diane Von Furstenberg dress she donned during her April travels selling out in less than eight minutes after its appearance.
The outfit is designed by Australian designer Zimmerman, and it seems that Kate has taken to championing local fashion when making royal visits to different countries.
The stunning royal was recently spotted wearing a red-and-pink coat by Scottish designer Jonathan Saunders for a visit to Scotland, for what was the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first official appearance since the tour Down Under.

When it was identified, the item was available in several sizes, but minutes later it had completely sold out.
Kate has been dazzling with her elegant outfits, and ‘The Kate Effect’ struck again when she was seen in a white-and-navy dress from the Jaeger sale. She pulled off the look while lending her support to the launch of a bid to find a British team to take part in the America’s Cup earlier in June.
