The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, looks happy and relaxed in the official photographs to mark her son Prince George's first birthday. The beautiful brunette is typically stylish in a Budding Heart Silk Tea dress by Suzannah. It's not the first time the royal has been spotted in the dress, which has a price tag of £475 – she wore it under a green Erdem coat during her tour of New Zealand in April to visit the town of Cambridge.

According to the brand's website, the dress is "based on our 1930s silk tea dress cut which is our best selling signature tea dress style because of its flattering nature, unique charm and versatility".
The creation is made from matt silk crepe. The dress appears to be available on the website, but it states that "some sizes may have a lead time of two weeks". The release of the photographs comes two days after official portraits of Prince George were unveiled.

Prince George quiz: How much do you know about the royal baby?
The little future King can be seen standing unaided and walking in the photo released by his mum and dad. It's clear to see the tot has more than mastered the art of walking since his last public appearance at a polo match in Gloucestershire on Father's Day, when he could be seen taking a few wobbly steps on the grass while holding onto his mum's hand.
The adorable new picture - George's first ever solo portrait - was the result of a photoshoot to celebrate the little Prince turning one on Tuesday 22 July. For the special occasion, William and Kate chose to dress the royal tot in a baby blue striped pair of dungarees from French children's clothing label Petit Bateau.
