Kate Moss has been unveiled as the face of Stella McCartney 's Autumn/Winter 2014 campaign.
The supermodel, who was styled by Stella herself for the images, looks effortlessly chic as she poses in everything from oversized chunky knits to a stunning midnight blue mini dress. There is also a focus on the 'Cavendish' bag, a dark pink tote with bright yellow handles and a starry pattern.
This will be the seventh campaign that the supermodel has done with the designer, having last worked with the designer for her Spring/Summer 2009 images. The pair are lifelong friends, and Kate even walked in Stella's graduation catwalk show at Central Saint Martin's in 1995 alongside fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell.
The campaign images, shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, will be accompanied by a short film titled 'Kate Dreams'. "Kate epitomises the Stella McCartney woman," said Stella. "I wanted to capture her dreams and the moments we have shared over the years."
"I wanted to escape into something surreal this season," she added. "Fashion should make us dream, sometimes."
It's been a busy few months for Kate, who launched her new Kate Moss for Topshop collection in April. Stars including Naomi Campbell, Cara Delevingne and Sienna Miller stepped out to show their support for the 40-year-old, who hosted an exclusive dinner to celebrate the launch of her new range.
Speaking about Kate's new line, Cara said, "As soon as I heard that she was working with Topshop, I knew it was perfect. "London brand and London girl – THE London girl – coming together. I knew she'd bring something to make it 'her'."
It was revealed earlier this year that Cara and Kate were working together for a campaign for Burberry, after the British fashion house teased fans with an image of the pair smiling together, wearing classic Burberry trench coats on their Instagram account.
