Queen Letizia of Spain was the picture of elegance on Tuesday as she joined King Felipe VI on a visit to France in a stunning pale blush dress by one of her favourite designers, Felipe Varela.
The Spanish royal accessorised with a matching box clutch bag and white sandals from Magrit, completing her chic look with a sophisticated chignon and a natural make-up look. In other royal news, the Queen headed to Glasgow for the 20th Commonwealth Games opening ceremony. Her Majesty looked elegant in a white ensemble as she kicked off the games.
There was a slight hitch as Prince Imran - the President of the Games - struggled to retrieve the Queen's speech from the baton in which it was sealed after the monarch wrote it almost a year ago, however after some help from Sir Chris Hoy the speech was handed to the Queen. Meanwhile in Denmark, the Danish royals stepped out for their annual summer photocall, with Crown Princess Mary wowing in a patterned turquoise maxidress.
