The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, covered up her blooming baby bump in blue on Monday. The royal was sporting a powder blue coat by her favourite maternity brand Seraphine. The outerwear, with a price tag of £195 and titled Natasha, is collarless and features mother of pearl buttons. It is currently out of stock on the website. Underneath the coat, Kate was sporting the Florrie floral print dress, also by Seraphine. The maternity dress, priced at £99, is also sold out.

The striking brunette finished off the look with navy court shoes, a black clutch and her trademark glossy curls. Kate was taking part in a day of engagements in Kensington, starting off with a coffee morning at Family Friends, an organisation that provides befriending and mentoring services to families in deprived areas of the borough. Kate will make three separate appearances in the borough on Monday, just days after her first engagements of 2015.

The pregnant royal is due to formally open Kensington Aldridge Academy, a new school for pupils aged 11 to 18 on Monday afternoon. She will meet governors, staff and students before touring the new building and watching part of a lesson. The Duchess will then watch a dance performance in the school's theatre and unveil a plaque before visiting the school's Creates Hub for young entrepreneurs. Kate's whirlwind day will end with her formally opening Kensington Leisure Centre, a new development which replaces the former building where her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry had swimming lessons at school.
