As her role as a L’Oréal ambassador, we're used to seeing Cheryl in gorgeous gowns on the red carpet, but Cheryl's trying out a new edgier look in her latest Instagram pic. Posing against a wall, the new single star looked amazing in a black hoodie, thigh-high leather boots and denim inside-out hot pants. The shorts, by Unravel Project, cost £375 and are top of the wish list of fashion insiders – the shorts even have a secret message on them, with white cotton panels at the front and a black print reading “To create something new, you must first destroy.” A subliminal message, perhaps?
Last week, the 35-year-old wowed fans in a promo shot for her new BBC show, The Greatest Dancer. In it, she showed off her incredible figure in a £780 cropped colour-block sweater by British designer Colville and a pair of brown lace-up disco pants by Unravel Project, costing a cool £719. She pulled the look together with a co-ordinating pair of heels in a bold, canary yellow. Cheryl will act as a dance captain, alongside Glee’s Matthew Morrison and Strictly Come Dancing pro-dancer Oti Mabuse, as they search to find the nation’s next best dancer. The show, which will air in the New Year, is hosted by Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo. The show will feature "dramatic auditions, incredible challenges and remarkable live performances" according to the BBC.

This is Cheryl’s first major gig since splitting from ex-boyfriend, former One Direction singer Liam Payne.
